Length of Internships

Mi2 is a three-month summer internship abroad. Internships begin in May of each year with extensive pre-field training in Louisville, Kentucky, at Southeast Christian Church (SCC). Interns then travel to their chosen field abroad and stay from May through the beginning of August.

Cost/Fundraising

Southeast Christian Church is committed to the development of the next generation of leaders. The cost per intern is significantly less than the actual expenses because of the church’s investment in not only the development of the program, but underwriting of a portion of each interns participation.

Funds to be raised by intern: $4900*
*A $500 deposit (to hold your place once accepted) is due upon notice of acceptance.
The remaining $4400 is due one week prior to arriving in Louisville for the pre-field training.
