God’s Calling –
Maybe the best way to read Os Guinness’ The Call, is overseas. Guinness was himself the child of medical missionaries and no doubt his cross-cultural experiences informed his reflective book of life’s purpose. The best-selling author goes beyond a general understanding of God's call to suggest God has a specific calling for our individual lives. Guinness helps the reader discover answers to life’s decisions by grounding them in higher purpose.
"No idea short of God's call can ground and fulfill the truest human desire for purpose and fulfillment."

StrengthsQuest is The Gallup Organization’s strengths development program for college-age students. The assessments and applications give students an understanding of themselves based on their strengths rather than their weaknesses.
“It helps students learn what they do best, then build their lives on those talents.” –StrengthsQuest
StrengthsQuest can help young people discover and develop their greatest talents. It can help them determine their life’s path.
Since its beginning, more than a quarter of a million students have participated in StrengthsQuest on hundreds of college campuses around the United States.
Mi2 chose this tool as a way to encourage personal development that leads to a better understanding of your fit in the world and your purpose in life. The StrengthsQuest evaluations are used before, during and after Mi2, along with their applications, to help you fully understand who you are and how you can build on your strengths and use them for the glory of God.
